When attempting to create a new Help Center in a Multi-Branded configuration, I am given the error: "Uh-oh, you can't create help center for departments having more than one root category" (Shown below)
However, the associated department does not have multiple root categories according to the Zoho Knowledge Base, Category configuration page. (Knowledge Base -> Manage KB -> Organize Categories)
In fact, even if I delete the root category from the associated department, I still get the above error when attempting to create a new Help Center.
Is there another area of configuration that I am missing that could be accounting for this error?
Is this a bug in the Zoho Desk platform?
Any additional clarification would be greatly appreciated.
