I made the mistake of trying out the new Microsoft Outlook for Mac. It was unable to send or receive emails. So I reverted back to the classic Microsoft Outlook for Mac, and have since been unable to send emails.
But the problem is not limited to Microsoft Outlook. I have tried other desktop email apps.
Apple Mail, which I set up using instructions on your website, returned the following message: "Unable to verify account name or password."
Airmail, which I have used in the past, now tells me that "SMTP test failed. The settings are not valid: A stable connection to the server could not be established."
Thundebird also gives me an SMTP error: "The message could not be sent because connecting to Outgoing server (SMTP) smtp.zoho.com failed. The server may be unavailable or is refusing SMTP connections."
These are the IMAP settings I use, as per instructions from Zoho's website:
imap.zoho.com 993 SSL
smtp.zoho.com 465 SSL
