Hi, first Merry Christmas to the Zoho Bookings Team. ( not sure how many mince pies to send!!!?) could be just one of you, or a big team?
We have run Bookings for well over a year now, an watch the suggestions and questions as they arise, sometimes adding my own to the list.
I have been 100% behind the reasons for delays in getting "stuff" done during the last 2 years of Covid, however...
I also note that so many of the questions and requests end in the answer, "we have that in our roadmap, or it will be in one of our future updates. "
Personally I have not noticed any updates, happening at all, (some may be unseen, I accept)
I feel its about time that some clarity in what is being worked on, with some sort of time scale, so those who have "put up with" the niggles at least know how much longer, and rather than making do with some workarounds, and that these requests end up with an answer, like " that will be ready next month."
It just about works for us, and it could work perfectly, if everything planned arrives.
It is not such a problem for us to to consider jumping ship , but as a long time Zoho user, it seems other sections have a better "team" getting things done? or is that just my perception?
