I want to offer a feature that can help and simplify many processes in CRM.
Through the reports module in CRM it is possible to connect and segment data from several modules at once
The problem is, it is not possible to do anything with this data
It is not possible to update data from the reports module into the various modules or to send an email or any other type of mass action from there, which can be done through a list page in the various modules
I suggest adding all these functions to the reports module
This will help and save us a lot of time
Examples of use
1. I have 30 call appointments in the system for today, at the last minute I had a problem, and I will not be able to make calls today, I want to send an email to these customers, that our call today has been postponed.
Through the call module, it is not possible to send an email, but through reports, I can organize a list of these customers, and if it is possible to send an email from there, it will solve my problem.
2. I have some products that we sell,
In some products, there is a work flow rule, that every customer who purchases this product, receives a 'preferred customer' tag.
After a period we decided to add this tag, also for customers who purchase an additional product,
The problem is that we want to add the tag also for customers who have already purchased this product in the past,
Only through the reports module is it possible to arrange a list of customers who have also already purchased this product,
The only thing missing is the option of updating from the report module to the customer module.
