Usage of OpenAi in SalesIQ

 I am currently exploring ways to enhance our customer support services, and I've been considering integrating OpenAI with SalesIQ to leverage its capabilities for better communication and problem-solving. Specifically, I'm interested in utilizing ChatGPT to assist our support agents in handling customer inquiries more efficiently.

I'd appreciate it if anyone could provide insights or guidance to effectively utilize OpenAI's ChatGPT within SalesIQ

Since we serve a diverse customer base, including non-English speakers, it would be beneficial to have the ability to translate customer messages into English and translate our message from English to users language for ChatGPT to process. Is there a way to incorporate a translation feature into this setup?
