use the contents of a note in an email template

Dear readers,

I would like to add the contents of a note inside a mail template I can send automatically with zoho Recruit.

The use case is as follows:

1. A candidate is submitted to a client

2. the client rejects the candidate

3. The status of the candidate is manually changed to Rejected-by-client with the reason for rejection as a comment/note.

4. A workflow notices the record change and automatically sends an email to the candidate with the bad news of rejection and the contents of the note telling why the candidate got rejected.

The problem is that I do not see a way to access the note/comment and put it in an email template like a ${Candidates.First Name}.

I hope someone knows a way to do this without having to learn Deluge or has another way to solve this problem.
