Using BCC Dropbox - Retrieve Firstname and lastname
Hi,
we tested the BCC dropbox function, but currently it is not really helpful.
Is there a possibility to configure the BCC dropbox?
We would like to
- fill in the firstname/lastname fields if the email is defined as "Fname LName <something@somewhere.com>"
- add a tag or create a task to all dropbox created leads
- define the status (other than "not yet contacted")
