My client has an $800 credit which expires in October.
We recently changed oursubscription from 21 people on CRMPlust to Zoho One and renewed an annual license for 26 people
During that switch, my client (super-admin and business owner) spoke with a Zoho "account executive" was unable to tell my client how and when we could apply some portion of that credit to our subscription.
I hate to out customer service here, but I respectfully request a solid answer and the applying at least some of that credit to our subscriptions.
