Using the Zoho Expense Report API, why can't I see all the expense reports in my organization?

When I make a request to the Zoho Expense Report API, even though I am an admin in the expense module, I can only see my own expense reports. However, when I open the module in the browser, I can see the expenses of other employees. Upon reviewing the query parameters, I noticed that no relevant parameter has been added for this. Is there any way for me to see all the expense reports? I am attaching the documentation I used below.
