Properly-timed communication will not only leave a good impression on prospective attendees but is also effective in increasing your event attendance. In all the commotion of planning an event, how can you make time to communicate with everyone, ensure the right information is being given to the right people, and that it reaches them at the appropriate time?

Use Backstage to schedule emails to prospects for telling them about ticket sales or promo codes they can use. You can also set up an email to welcome attendees when they arrive at the event venue, and include any instructions they should keep in mind. Drafting transactional emails that are sent out automatically when triggered by visitor activity
Making your own personalized email templates and scheduling them to be sent to relevant groups of people
Modifying these email templates any time you need to include new information
Pausing emails from being sent without having to delete them
Deleting an email template when you no longer want to keep sending a particular email
