For our venue event management business including catering we are trying to determine the right module to support our business operations. I have been looking into several modules such as:
- Backstage
- Bookings
- Event Management
- Meeting
- Agenda
- Create
I have also looked at Inventory, Checkout and Invoice.
I have being playing around with these modules using trial versions, however I find it hard to determine which module suits our business best.
What we need is being able to put in events in an agenda of have customers being able to put events in the agenda, keep track of sales of food and drinks per event, keep track of inventory of drinks, clients being able to see availability of venues through the calender when they book a venue, being able to have clients pay for a venue through a link, etc.
Is there anyone who can steer me in the right direction? I would be happy with any information.
