What do Zoho Community "Levels" mean?

General "Community" question: In my Community Dashboard, I see there are different 'Levels' that we can achieve based on activity. I can't find anything that explains the benefits derived from the various levels. Can someone explain how the levels work and what they mean? Thank you.
