I am a longtime Zoho CRM user and small business owner. I have and do use other Zoho apps like Social, Sales IQ, Campaigns, Creator Books and more. I now have Zoho One so I have the complete package.
My current problem is the following: I need/want to set up a Drip Marketing Campaign to follow up with leads. We sell English language courses to both individuals (B2C) and companies (B2B), so I probably will need at least 2 different campaigns for this. Right now all my leads are funneled into CRM from our website, Zoho Social, phone calls and Unbounce landing pages. All leads receive the same auto-responder from CRM with a general information email and we really only follow-up with those who respond back to us.
We want to change that starting now. So here is my question:
How and where do I set this up, CRM or Campaigns?
I am still not clear on what the best practice is. Can anyone give me some help on what I should do to set this up? We are in the process of contracting the copywriter, but I need to have the mechanics worked out as well.
I really don’t want to be told that I have several options to do this. I want to be told, Do A, then B and then C etc… as this is the best way to do what you need.
