Hello everyone,
Has anyone else noticed that Zoho's support has become practically non-existent?
I used to receive excellent support from the Zoho Mail, Recruit, and Creator teams, with quick solutions provided within days.
Now, when I send a ticket, I get no response. When they do reply, it's often weeks later with an apology for the delay but no real solution. Even daily reminders go unanswered.
I'm seriously thinking of switching my apps to another solution with better support, even though I quite like Zoho's apps. Without proper support, any problem can have a significant impact on my business.
Is anyone else experiencing similar issues? What’s happening at Zoho that has caused their support to deteriorate so drastically?
