What's New for this May 2018?

We, at Zoho Invoice are constantly on the lookout for ways to improve our product and to provide a seamless experience for our customers. This month of May, we bring to you unique features and enhancements in Zoho Invoice.
Annexure on Invoice Templates
You can now include any legal information of your business to your invoices. You can add these details in the Annexure section which will be displayed at the footer of the invoice. With this, you can provide clear-cut legal details of your business agreement.
VAT-Compliant Invoice Generators
Zoho Invoice's free online invoice generators are now VAT compliant. You can generate VAT-compliant invoices using this tool and experience hassle-free invoicing on the go.
Watermark on Downloaded PDFs
Are you worried about your staff misusing unverified transactions? Do you require some level of authentication? If yes, then we have the perfect solution for you - the Watermark. This feature is applicable for organizations that have enabled Transaction Approval. For transactions that are yet to be approved, a "Yet to be Approved" water mark will be displayed on the downloaded PDF. This is applicable for transactions in the Draft and Pending Approval statuses.
Cloning of Custom Templates
Want to create a custom template similar to an existing one? Simple, clone it. Do away with manually trying to add details of an existing template to a new one.
Auto-population of Items as Tasks
We've made the transitions between projects and estimates simple. You can create projects directly from estimates and the items in the estimates will be auto-populated as tasks in the projects with the item rates as task rates. This feature is exclusive for projects whose

Password Protected Reports
Do you want to secure your business reports? You can protect them with a password. This provides an added layer of security to your business.
Browser Notifications
You can now receive notifications directly in your browsers. This is useful when you're working across multiple tabs in your browser. You need to enable browser notifications to get notified on the actions in the following modules:
Client Portal:
- Client comments on a transaction
- Estimate is accepted
- Estimate or invoice is viewed
- Estimate is declined
- Client gives a review
Expense:
- Transaction is submitted for approval
- Transaction is approved
- Transaction is rejected
- Expense is reimbursed
- Expense is unreported
Other Actions:
- Announcements in Zoho Invoice
- Item need to be reordered
- Plan expires in Zoho Invoice
- For scan, sync and payment failure
Revamped Online Payment Gateway
We've brought some new changes to the online payment gateway section in the settings page. You can easily spot the payment gateways that are integrated with your organization.
Payment Gateway Preferences for Contacts
Zoho Invoice can now store payment gateway preferences at the contact level. For example, if you configure two payment gateways for a customer and choose any one of them while creating an invoice, then the selected payment gateway will be chosen as the default one the next time you raise an invoice for the same customer.
New Filter for Contacts section
We have introduced a new filter in the Contacts section to filter contacts that are associated to any payment options.
