What's new on Zoho Marketplace in February 2022
Zoho Marketplace offers 1,000+ extensions to help connect and enhance your Zoho products. Here's a list of the new extensions released in February 2022:
Telephony extensions
Last month we released three new telephony extensions. These extensions are supported by Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Recruit, Zoho SalesIQ and Bigin. Start making calls from your Zoho products, and receive incoming call pop-ups to get contextual details even before you answer the call. Extensions for Zoho CRM
In addition to the 500+ Zoho CRM extensions, we released seven new extensions for Zoho CRM in January, 2022. These no-code, ready-to-use extensions do not just integrate other apps with Zoho CRM, but also add functionalities to help sales people effortlessly improve their performance.

 | Browse, add, and access all files related to a customer from the Custom Module of Zoho CRM. Instantly share files with others without having to open Google Drive. Store and manage files efficiently from a centralized location in Zoho CRM to collaborate better in real time. |
 | Bigin For Zoho CRM (Only available for US) Manage deals and tasks across modules of Bigin and Zoho CRM. Add contacts, accounts, and deals to Bigin from Zoho CRM. Sync stage history of deals between the two applications in real-time and more. |
 | Commercient File SYNC for Zoho CRM (Only available for US and EU) Sync all your files from any other platforms to Zoho CRM to deliver contextual sales and customer support experiences to your customers. Easily sync sales quotes, invoices, purchase orders and more from your ERP to Zoho CRM. |
Extensions for Zoho Desk
Deliver stellar customer service and win customer loyalty with Zoho Desk. In addition to the 200+ extensions for Zoho Desk, we released four new extensions last month. Connect your favourite business apps with Zoho Desk in a snap without writing a single line of code.
 | View key information of the related tickets, such as ticket ID, ticket owner, status, and date/time created. Find related tickets that match the field value of a specific custom field, or all added custom fields and more. |
 | Twilio Extension for Zoho Desk (Only available for US) Send SMS messages from your Zoho Desk tickets to the client's mobile number directly to drive customer acquisition and retention. Automatically store the SMS replies received from the customers with their existing records in Zoho Desk tickets and more. |
 | Vonage for Zoho Desk (Only available for US) Enable support agents to send SMS messages to their clients, directly from within the Zoho Desk.
