WhatsApp chat restricted to user/agent level

Hello Everyone, 

I hope you guys are doing well. 

Currently, my salespeople are using Zoho Desk, and we are using the Respond.io platform for our WhatsApp API number.

The reason we had to switch to a different platform because each salesperson has their own phone number (Own WhatsApp Channel) for WhatsApp, and because of this, our IM module gets really messy because we have 5 agents and all the messages coming to those 5 WhatsApp numbers are being cluttered in IM module. I understand there is a view "My Conversation," but still, we would like to restrict the IM messages to individual agents who are assigned to their WhatsApp channels.

Is it possible to do that?
