Hi everyone,
We are one month and three weeks into the process of struggling to find out what solution we have to integrate Whatapp messages that our business receives (through website visitors clicking on a Whatsapp widget on our website) with Zoho Desk, so that messages from one visitor become one ticket in Zoho Desk after the chat is finished (exactly the same behavior that it implemented in Zoho Sales IQ).
We contacted Zoho support, we were assigned a concierge, we explained our requirements, we haven't received helpul replies yet :(
So we are writing here, as a last resort. Hopefully someone from Zoho or someone from the community of customers can address this issue.
To make our requirements as explicit as we can, I will draw a parallel with Zoho Sales IQ, which I believe is familiar to many people.
In Zoho Sales IQ we have this:
1. We have the browser window where we chat with a customer that
contacts us through the Zoho Sales IQ widget the website
(image above).
2. After the chat is finished (the customer leaves the website),
the conversation gets transformed into a ticket that goes into
Zoho Desk.
And we are looking for a similar thing for Whatsapp.
1. We have the browser window where we chat with a customer that
contacts us through the whatsapp widget on our website
(image above).
2. After the chat is finished (the customer leaves the website),
the conversation should get transformed into a ticket that
goes into Zoho Desk.
We know Zoho is featuring an integration with Whatsapp now. We were not able to obtain information on how this integration works, if it answers partially the requirements described above etc. Neither could we get a trial for it. We are at a complete loss as to who from Zoho could help us with information. We thus appreciate the help of anyone who knows how there products can work together (Zoho Desk, Whatsapp and integrations from Zoho or aftermarket ones).
Absolutely any help is greatly appreciated at this point after so much time spent on this issue.
