Why does the 'Last Emailed' option only shows up when creating workflow rules for Candidates or Contacts module in Zoho Recruit?
Hello community,
I am trying to create a workflow rule for a custom module, and I NEED to set up the trigger on the last day we sent an email to the record, in other words, let's say we send an email automatically based on a blueprint, on this custom module to the record, and it gets sent today, we need to send an automatic reminder 2 days after if they do not reply.
We can do this easily in the candidates module, if we create the workflow rule and set up the trigger based on a date time field, and select 'Last emailed' as the triger as shown below:
However, if I then try to do the same on the custom module, the option 'Last emailed' does not show up as you can see here
Can someone tell me why is this, and if there is a way to make the 'Last emailed' option show up on custom modules?
