Why can there only be one home screen created by a user and only one home screen shared with a role? The CEO should be able to view all of the home screens shared with all roles. My CEO is interested in tracking how the inside sales team is doing, how the onboarding of new customers is going, the field sales metrics, etc. Each team has their own home screen Dashboard- why can only one be shared with CEO? 

Similarly, if there is a limit of 10 components to a single home screen, than a user should have the ability to create and manage multiple home screens. 

Finally, there needs to be an option to select which of the home screens (Classic, the user's, the role's) will be the default home screen to appear. Not having this ability is just restricting.
