Please improve the "NEW" UI popup for creating Quotes / Sales Orders
I'm getting lots of pushback from users on the new UI which is a BIG PROBLEM. The whole CRM is designed to make sales easer yet the key activity in making a sale... "
creating the quote" has an extremely poor UI and according to my users even worse since the new updates.
To quote one of my reps... "
building a quote now is unbelievably tedious with the tiny product preview window". I have reps actually now starting to use Microsoft word to create quotes and send them separately from the system. This is a HUGE RED FLAG to me.
My wishlist for the new UI for just quotes/salesorders!
1. Double the width and height of the "Add Line Items" popup window
2. Add another blank line automatically when the line above is entered OR add multiple blank line entries.
I surveyed all my users and the activity of creating a quote was be far the biggest complaint. Relegating such a key part of the process to less than 10% of the screen makes it extremely difficult.
Anybody else have similar issues / thoughts?
