There are two issues with saving criteria for a workflow trigger. Both the criteria itself and the criteria pattern change after saving the trigger step. I'll define them below and add screenshots for support.
Issue 1:
When adding a date field to the criteria with the "due in days" as the operator, after saving the criteria and then re-opening the trigger, the date is reset.
Issue 2:
If you edit the criteria pattern to include specific and/or operators, click save, then click Apply - when you open the trigger again, the saved pattern resets.
In both cases, when saving the trigger, the "Updated Successfully" message appears on the top of the browser.
The second issue is a enormous problem. If I didn't catch it, then this workflow would have sent thousands of past customers an email offering a promotion that could cost this us a significant amount of money and business. Could someone please look into these issues and get back to us? Thanks!
