We have a contact view synced with a workflow (Version 1) that has 6 email messages programmed to be delivery in next few days. Today we updated our messages on the workflow and the system created a Version 2 of that workflow.
I have a few questions regarding this process:
Is really necessary to generate a new version when I update the text or any other element from the workflow?
Should I sync the workflow and the contact view each time a new version is generated?
Lets say we have 10 contacts on our custom view, 4 of them already received all messages set on the workflow but 6 received 2 of 6 messages only. Since we have a new workflow version now, what will happen with those 10 contacts?
A better clarity so you can create other users to start using Zoho Mail. You can directly Add Users from the Control Panel to your Organization. You can invite users with the existing email address. If the person (user) already uses ZohoCRM, then you can import users from Zoho CRM. You can also import them using a .csv file.
