Working with Flat Rated Pricing and Dynamic Tech Payments

So my business does flat rate jobs as well as hourly but our tech payment varies per tech -- how can I set this up where i enter the tech payment for that particular service appointment and it will calculate my profits for that work order still. 

And we want our field techs to know how much they will be getting paid per work order as well
