Zia Insights

My Client is having an issue using Zia Insights on her dashboard

Her dashboard is accessible to her as a Published URL with the following settings selected (images below)







When she selects the ask zia option in the top right portion of her graph, she repeatedly gets the error message displayed in the image below, and has to reload her dashboard because the error continuously pops up



Is there another permission setting I am missing that needs to be activated that I am unaware of?
