Dear all,
I'm experiencing a lot of problems with Zia in general and I open the ticket (case) on 07.02.2023 proof is attached. Zoho customer service and developers are working to resolve this case for 2 months now, TWO MONTHS!
Since I'm paying an enterprise license only to use Zia features which I can't obviously use at all, Zoho CS ignores my request, and every time I contacted them they told me that team is working on the problem...I don't know what to do anymore, this is really frustrating for me and my company...
So the problems are the following:
- ASK ZIA - this feature is not working at all, when I ask or type something it gives me but the problem... proof attached
* ZIA PREDICTION
- also don't work at all ...gives me bugs
all other Zia functions are working half time...per example Communication - the best time to contact is not working at all?!
Please tell me that 5000 people working in Zoho Corp cant fix my problem in 1 day, but you need almost 2 months and there is no update or response from customer service which is really how you don't treat your customers...
Also, I wrote a few weeks ago about compensation to reduce my enterprise price since the Zia feature is not working at all and also nothing is being approved or replyed from your side:/
Please can someone contact me from customer service so we can fix the problem after 2 MONTHS of ignoring my problem...
