Zobot turns 1 - The best chatbot that redefines the customer service experience!


Zobot is a chatbot building platform offered by Zoho SalesIQ. With which, you can build intelligent command / conversational bots to assist your website visitors.

It has been a year since we released Zobot and we are pleased about the overwhelming response we keep getting. Many thanks to our customers! On this opportunity, I want to run through the features that might help you to improve your chatbot experience:

  • Build your bot in the Platform you are familiar: Zobot is not restricted with just one platform, but it offers four different platforms to build your bot. You can also create your bot in any platform that is not integrated with Zobot and connect it using the Webhooks.

  • Configure Zobot based on the business needs: Not everybody will have the same requirement to use chatbots each website, and business requirement varies. So, we offer you to customize the configurations of Zobot on your website. The bot will trigger/respond only to the visitors you define on your website. It will be on duty at the time you prefer and hand off the chats to the operator if the visitor wishes to.


  • Validating the input values: Zobot can help you to verify the visitor input fields and move the details to your database. For instance, if you have a lead Generation bot on your website, then the visitors enter their name, email and phone number. You can validate those fields before moving them into your CRM. If the values are not correct, you can display an error and ask the visitor to enter a valid input.

  • Avoid visitors entering the same values repeatedly: Zobot can store the session values when it is provided at the first instance and process throughout the conversation wherever needed. 
  • Connect with other apps: You can integrate with other external applications and database (like google calendar, CRM, etc.) seamlessly with Zobot.
                                                         

  • Get input and provide output in a rich text format: The reply/question is not necessarily be a text all the time. You can get information with options, sliders, location selectors and much more. Also, you can provide answers with image, video, links, etc.

  • Build a Command driven bot: Let the bot take control over the conversation and convert the visitors on your website to customers.

  • Conversational Assistants: Add a human touch with the conversational bot. You can build a smooth conversational and natural language processing bot with the help of Zia Skills, Dialogflow and Watson Assistant.
