We have a concern that we need help with.
Previously, we had a single admin access account that was shared among three users. Recently, we decided to grant individual admin access to each user. However, we are worried that some data may not be visible to other admin users, and we are concerned about the potential loss of connections and automations when an admin user is deleted.
Additionally, we use specific apps like Zoho Flow, and we want to ensure that if there's an issue with a flow created by one admin (e.g., admin 1) who is unavailable, another admin (e.g., admin 2) should be able to access and fix it. Since our company also provides support to clients, it's crucial that each admin has access to all records, automations, and data within the same organization.
We would appreciate your guidance on how to address these concerns and ensure seamless access and data management for all admins.
