I have been using Zoho assist for a bit longer than a year. I have been using the VPN Private Internet Access for even longer.
For the first year of using Zoho assist I could remote into a pc, turn on a vpn, it would disconnect but then reconnect my session in under 20 seconds. However in the last month, when I flip on the vpn WHILE connected remotely already, or even if i turn the vpn on, then start zoho assist client side, and then try to connect remotely I am me with a "You'll be able to access the device shortly" window that NEVER goes away. I can send commands through the unattended access list of users to that machine still but cannot see the screen whatsoever.
This issue started less than 3 weeks ago. My VPN version has not changed nor has my antivirus definitions or rules been altered.
If I cannot access our employee machines while they use a VPN I have no use for this software anymore and will have to look elsewhere.
Any suggestions on fixing this would be greatly appreciated.
EDIT: Clarification: The VPN is on the unattended remote machine I am connecting TO.
