Zoho Billing
On the Zoho Billing Dashboard, there is a widget that says Subscriptions with a number. When you click subscriptions, it takes you to a report that is titled Customers, with the same number. Is this subs or customers?
If you do a total of Active Subscriptions from Sales Active Subscriptions, you get a third number.
If you do a total of Active Customers from the Customers menu option, you get a fourth number.
If you do a Summary Report it shows activations, cancellations, re-activations with a total number of active customers that appear to correspond to the changes in subscriptions numbers.
Can you help me to understand how you are defining active customers vs active subscriptions?
If one customer has multiple subscriptions, which gets added to?
