I have several questions regarding Zoho Bookings:
Here is my use case:
I have a Workspace with a service to which a resource is linked (notifications can therefore be configured in the Workspace only and not in the Service since it is a resource if I understand correctly).
I also have a Creator app that creates a booking in Bookings when a customer saves a form in an app.
When creating the Booking, the Customer is notified by email of the good reception of his appointment.
In the email received, he can access the summary page of his appointment on which he can reschedule, cancel or make another appointment -> the customer must not have the possibility of rescheduling or taking another appointment (see attachment).
How to ensure that the customer can only (and only) cancel his appointment without giving him the possibility of rescheduling this same appointment or making another one?
If I understand correctly I can manage "Cancel" and "Reschedule" at the workspace level in "Policies and "Preference" BUT I can't manage them individually...
And when I edit the notification email indicating to the Customer that we have received his appointment, I see that there are 2 variables (Reschedule and Cancel) -> these two variables contain a URL which leads to the same page... I don't understand why having 2 variables containing the same URL leading to the same page for 2 actions of different type.
In short, how can you manage the options available in the interface of the person who made the appointment in more depth?
