I should first point out that Zoho CRM has many of it's own issues with repeating events:
In Zoho CRM, when I change the time for a single event, I do have the option to have that change apply to following events as well. However this feature doesn't work properly. As I have reported several times via Tickets, the following events jump 4 additional hours forward. The only workaround is to delete and recreate them all.
A) When I delete a single instance of a repeating event from CRM, that time still appears unavailable in Bookings (even after I have clicked "Sync Now")
B) I disconnected and reconnected the Zoho CRM Calendar. Now the time appears available. Great! However so do ALL times for ALL my repeating events. As repeating events dominate my schedule, this now means customers/user can now create lots of bookings with me at times when I am not available.
C) Events in CRM where I am NOT the host do not affect my availability in Bookings. This also creates conflicts.
I have experienced all of these things, and reported them, repeatedly.
Basically, using the CRM <> Bookings sync requires a ton of manual fixing. I'm not sure if it's saving me time or costing me more time than simply doing double-entry.
The calendars from Zoho are beyond frustrating and they have been for YEARS!
