Hey guys, just a few of the extremely important tools for businesses like mine (a medical clinic)
Something is missing for appointment status : ARRIVED and IN ROOM.
Many businesses need to communicate with other staff members when a client has arrived and if he is still in the waiting room (arrived) or in a specific room. Hospitals, medical clinics, dentists, etc really need that.
The volume we are facing requires us to be able to rapidly see who is in the waiting room (WR), who is late, who is in a room ready to get his "service".
An other thing that is cruelly missing: appointment reminders. Yes, I said it. 70% of our clients comes for many services and will see various staff during the same day. I surely do not want these clients to receive, let's say 5 reminders every time there is a reminder trigger. Therefore, I can only use reminders for consultations because it is a predictable service: they are coming just for a consultation...
What other systems have done is to set reminders only for the the first appointment that a specific client would have in a day at your location.
You get that all similar businesses to mine won't be able to use appointment reminders for most of their services?
For example, you need numbing cream by staff a, pictures by staff b, laser by staff c. OR pictures and consent by staff a, mini consultation by staff b and botox tx by staff c.
That was not disclose to me before I spent 50K on development...
What do I do now???
(I have taught of creating a 5 min appointment call reminders and apart for consultations, that would be the only treatment with a set reminder. The issue: it is time consuming and it is frankly ridiculous.
