This week, we highlight the 'Transactional Approval' feature in Zoho Books.
Most companies around the world are working remotely and with transaction approvals, businesses can streamline the sales and purchase approval flow. Your employees can create transactions and submit them for approval. The user who has approval access (approvers) can verify the transactions and edit them (if required) before approving the transaction, thus preventing any errors that could occur. I, like many people, deal directly with individual clients rather than companies. It's really obnoxious to have to add a client company and treat my client, who is an individual person, as a company.
