I am creating events in Zoho CRM (I am an administrator) - I can see the event in Zoho Calender - However it will not let me add attendees (on the right side) - When I attempt to it says "unable to process your request" because I have insufficient privileges to perform this operation and to contact my administrator.
However if I create the event first in Zoho calender I do not have this problem - However when I do that it does not show in Zoho CRM (I have to create the lead first)
Can you advise and let me know the best practice for how to go about this? We want everyone's calender to be visible and to link back to Zoho CRM.
