Zoho Creator - [Free Webinar] Learning Table Series for HealthCare

Cheers to more shared successes in the new year! The beginning is the most important part of the work. With this New Start we are taking the Learning Table series to the next level.
About Learning Table Series
We have different user base for Creator like Customers, Partners, Developers and a set of users who want to explore Creator. The business cases have always played a major role in enlightening the power of the platform.To bring that dynamic learning experience that is common to all the user base, we devised the concept of showcasing Creator as a solution for different business cases and how users can associate the features for their Industry. We named the learning program as Learning Table Series.
So Learning Table Series would span around 40 mins covering the business cases, code walkthrough on the business logic, best practices and other use cases.
We have planned to introduce a new Avatar for our Learning Table Series.
12 Months 12 Industries
The most pivotal part of building any application is to understand the industry, business operations and standard features/functionalities that are required to get the operations going. Industry is the key here and every feature that we build revolves around this key.
Hence we brainstormed and contemplated the idea of bringing in a new 12 Months 12 Industries concept.
Every month we will take a specific industry - address all the industrial processes and how you can make best use of Creator for that industry. This will enhance the user experience as it will show them how much is possible in Creator.
We are starting this first session with the prime industry "HealthCare"
HealthCare
Unlike inefficient traditional telephone access to doctors and healthcare organizations, health apps make it easy and secure for patients to send messages, schedule appointments & connect to care providers 24/7 for telemedicine visits.
Healthcare app development serves different purposes :
- For Doctors and medical professionals- It helps in monitoring, patient tracking, staff management, appointment scheduling etc.
- For patients - Health app development is to track wellbeing, seek medical recommendations and book appointments
HIPAA - Its Significance in Healthcare
The medical industry has grown enormously in the past few years and preserving Electronic Health records has become inevitable. Since the health care industry holds highly sensitive information, health care service providers are liable to protect the security and privacy of individual's health and personal information. Preserving these electronic records has been mandated for health care providers in many countries.
The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) was imposed to standardize the flow of healthcare information and protect personally identifiable information of patients, referred to as Protected Health Information(PHI)—from theft and fraud.
We will focus on the

- How does a solution build on Creator comply with HIPAA's technical requirements?
About the session
In this session, we will be showcasing how we can use Zoho Creator in building an health care application where we can book the appointments for the patients, collect the record of the patients, manage the shift timings of the doctors and create an receipt for the patients bill.
We will be integrating Zoho creator with Zoho Bookings to manage the doctor shifts and patient bookings with the doctor and Zoho workdrive to collect and store the patient records.
