We have started playing with the recently launched feature in Zoho CRM - cadences.
We have in the past used the mass email functions to send emails to a group of clients to try to reactivate their interest on our services. For example - sending an email by their assigned account manager, seasonal greetings, plus reminder of our services.
Now we see that cadences could be useful for this, adding clients that are stuck with no advance on our pipeline, reminding them of our services, and hoping they move forward in the sales process...
But...question.... Can cadences be created gradually? This is to say...can we have a cadence now with 2 steps...and in the future, add additional messages?
We want to send now a pre-summer reminder email by the sales rep, and depending what the clients do in the next month, it will be useful to be able to use this same cadence to send a summer sale reminder, for example....
Our target is to be able to approach a client, reactivate their interest, and depending on what they do, either move to a manual action by the sales rep or continue in the chain of emails.
Is this possible or do you suggest a different approach to cover this need?
