Hello everyone!
We have some exciting news to share with you! Zoho CRM has been upgraded with new features and improved capabilities to help you better manage your customer relationships. Checkout the Early Access section for more information on these updates, and feel free to share your thoughts in the comments.

Now, let's take a look at what's included in this month's digest.
 

Announcements:
  • Experience the all-new Zoho CRM Email Parser! The new version comes with a vast set of enhancements. The old version is set to be deprecated from Jun '23. Check this post for more details.
  • Zia Email intent auto-categorizes your emails by adding a set of default tags and, helps with prioritizing your responses. Custom intent, a new enhancement to this feature lets you come up with your own categories. More on that here.

We're excited to announce a series of Focus Group webinars for this quarter. We'll touch upon the benefits of integrating Zoho CRM with other Zoho products like Zoho Bookings, Zoho Sign, and Zoho Forms. We'll close this quarter with a Focus Group webinar on leveraging the different dashboard components in Zoho CRM.

[Early Access] :
  • Global sets in CRM - This new feature allows you to associate picklist values from one module across many modules, avoiding the need to create them in each one.



  • CRM Record locking: When a record meets a condition, you can decide whether to lock it manually or automatically by enabling the settings in Record Locking Configurations. 



  • Lookup filter in Zoho CRM: This feature makes record association easier by allowing you to set criteria for records that are to be shown while performing a lookup from the associated module.



  • Field of Lookup in CRM: You can now associate fields from lookup module in your record..For example when a contact is associated through a lookup field in Deals module, you can now associate other related fields from the contacts module like contact's mobile number, email address, etc in the deals module.



  • Roll-up summary in CRM: You no longer need to generate a report that summarizes and aggregates the values from a related list in a record. With the Roll-up summary field type added to the module, you can get an auto-assimilated value of your desired related list in the record's layout.



  • Stage component in Zoho CRM: A funnel type component that helps you track the direct conversions from the respective deal stages. It also helps understand stagnation and spillages at a particular deal stage. Check this announcement to know more.



  • Forecast performance analysis:   This enhancements packs in a lot of exciting additions starting from performance trends that predicts a user's performance at the end of the period to giving actionable insights on why your users are unable to meet their targets, and much more.



  • Zia Scoring in CRM: Zia's Scoring is another useful addition to Zia's prediction skills. Checkout the post to find out more about the advancement.



  • Zia Strategy Influencer in CRM: An AI-derived strategy prediction analytics in Zoho CRM for admins that gives a performance - based and analytical insights into your organisation's overall trends and patterns.



  • Custom Forecast categories: Apart from the pipeline, best case, and committed, you now have the option to add two more custom categories for your open deals. You can also customize the appearance of the existing system-defined forecast categories.
