Good day everyone, 

I am looking to do mass email in the CRM but can’t find how to achieve the following need. 

We have 2 custom modules; the first one is Properties, and the second one is called buyers (they are not the same as the contacts but are similar). 

Now once we have entered a property and we are ready to let our buyers know we would like to be able to send an email (using CRM email templates with all the fields from the property record). So we made this template that get’s all the field and everything is fine. 

If I select the property record and do send mail, I can select the template, and all the field will get populated. But in that email, I don’t have a way to add all the buyers in the BCC field (I would need to add the email manually. 

Now if I go in the buyer’s module and use the mass email feature, I have no way to select the property/template. So, this doesn’t work either.

Now if we go with Zoho Campaign/marketing automation each time they have a new property (around 20 each week) they would need to make a new campaign/email and enter the information of that property manually unless I am missing something. 

Any one as an idea on how I could achieve my need?
