The requirement is to link the Zoho CRM Quotes screen with an API from an outside shipping provided to get shipping costs. The information need to send out for the shipping cost would come from the information in the CRM system including, shipping zip code, weight, destination zip, etc A new Shipping Costs section would be added to the quotes screen so that the user could click a button to get shipping costs based on the information provided. Once the shipping costs are obtained, they would show up on the quotes screen and automatically be entered in the "Adjustment" field of the quote. The API is provided by R&L carriers, a global shipping company. I have more information and supporting documentation that I can send over. Thanks for taking a look
