A huge thing we are missing is workload - to be able to see all records that are owned by the same person in any module. Right now this involves pulling multiple reports and comparing / merging them.
Zoho is trying to solve this by adding an integration with Zoho Projects, but it does not work as we want. Currently you can sync one CRM record with one Project (esentially the record in the CRM is the project.
This makes sense if really there is a project to be done withing a deal for example.
But what we want is one of two things
- a way to sync each record as a task in a project - essentially map all records in a module into a project in Zoho Project. This way we can track time spent on each record, plan times and mostly plan workload
- or make the same functionality natively in the CRM, to be able to track time and see workload across modules
Moving from our previous system this has been the biggest issue we have had so far, we miss things sometimes and it is really hard to make a weekly / daily plan.
