we are definitely shocked about the situation in zoho desk.
Lets say you are an creative web agency. Your client pay every month 1000€ for example.
For that amount he will get 100H budget.
Now client can create a ticket and you need to track your working time.
Lets say you worked 90H this month.
Now client budget balance is 10H.
Zoho desk have no time tracking?
Zoho desk have no automated reporting email to inform client about his budget status at the end of month?
Zoho desk have no option to set recurring budget option, for example: add 100H to budget at the start of every month.
Sorry,
but this is the simple ABC in client ticketing. I cant understand how
other people work in a agency and using zoho ticket without that
options. Zoho, please stop doing marketing. Please improve your product
first in the most simple ticketing basics. Other software can do that
out of the box, also in free plan. We are in 2023 and zoho still cant do
that?
