I have came across this issue twice now. The first time was when I was doing a trial. After the trial expired, I went to logon and Desk was acting like I never setup a company before and when I put in my company, it said it already existed. Long story short, clearing cookies/browser data on the PC fixed that.
Fast forward to now, I am trying to login to the Zoho Desk app on my iPad and the same thing is happening. Out of sheer frustration, I put in "fakecompany10" to get past that and sure enough, now I'm in Fakecompany10. I was hoping once I satisfied that creation page, I would be able to tell it to go to my organization.
When I log in, why does not take me to where I am associated with?
How can I get my iPad app to the right helpdesk?
