Zoho Desk Limitations

Hello,

1. We have 100 landingpages and wanna map each form from website with an specific zoho desk team.

But i see in desk plan a limitation: Supervise - Time-based Rules -> max. 30. See also my attached screenshot.

Question: Is it possible to map each form with an specific form without hitting this limitation? Or is zoho desk only for small projects and small teams?

2. The plan from zoho desk show also:

We need 100 forms. But in zoho forms plan i see:
Advanced Web Forms -> max. 20. See also my attached screenshot.

Question: What is an advanced web form? Is it an webform service from zoho desk?

We need 100x webforms. How to solve this issue?

Its strange zoho desk have so hard limitations and i have the feeling its only for small teams?!
