Laten we samen de Activiteitenmodule van Zoho Desk ontdekken!

In de module Activiteiten kan je al jouw taken, oproepen en gebeurtenissen aanmaken en bijhouden. Elke activiteit bevat essentiële informatie over de starttijd, de duur, het prioriteitsniveau, de status en andere instellingen die vanuit een activiteit kunnen worden bijgehouden.

Taken
Taken zijn jouw to-do lijst in Zoho Desk en stellen je in staat om jouw tickets te volgen. Zij kunnen op zichzelf staan of aan tickets gekoppeld zijn. Taken zorgen ervoor dat verschillende acties binnen een bepaalde tijd en op een geordende manier worden uitgevoerd binnen jouw helpdesk.

Gebeurtenissen
Gebeurtenissen zijn geplande activiteiten, zoals jouw vergaderingen. Een gebeurtenis heeft een geplande tijd, datum en duur. Je kunt herinneringen instellen om jouw gebeurtenissen bij te houden.

Oproepen
Met gesprekken kan je inkomende en uitgaande gesprekken vastleggen en bijhouden in Zoho Desk. Gebruik de optie Gesprek opnemen tijdens een gesprek om ervoor te zorgen dat je belangrijke details van het gesprek vastlegt. Je kunt ook gesprekken plannen, zodat de app een herinnering weergeeft wanneer het tijd is om te bellen.

Activiteitenoverzicht
Bekijk het activiteitenoverzicht om een duidelijk beeld te krijgen van alle noodzakelijke details. Je kan jouw activiteiten bekijken vanuit de voorgedefinieerde lijstweergaven of een aangepaste lijstweergave maken. Als je werkt vanuit een bepaald ticket, kan je een betere context krijgen over gerelateerde activiteiten via het activiteiten tabblad van het record.
