[Zoho Desk] Visitor tracking - see how customer reached page, in ticket information

Hi everyone,

We're using Zoho Desk and Zoho SalesIQ at the moment.

Here is our scenario:
Our customers come to our website and they fill in a contact form (which gets submitted to Zoho as a ticket) or hey interact with us through the Zoho chat widget on our website.

Our needs:
We would like to be able to see how this user landed on our website. This way we could count the number of conversions that Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc are bringing to our business.
// Yes, Google Analytics shows the number of what we define as 'conversions', but sometimes the same client reaches out to a business several times, from several mediums and Analytics will count each as a separate conversion.

An example
An example of such funtionality is implemented in HubSpot. If we connect our Analytics, AdWords, Facebook accounts to it, it will track visitiors through the website as described here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account/how-does-hubspot-track-visitors

The outcome:
When we examine one customer ticket in HS, we can see that the customer reached us once through a Google Ad and then through a Facebook Ad. HS is able to tell that the same customer filled in a contact form twice. This helps us correctly count conversion from each medium.

Our question
As we already use Zoho, it would be great for us if Zoho had a way to implement this functionality. It's not important to us if the functionality is paid or not or if we need to configure and use other tools from the Zoho suite, as long as we would be able to achieve this goal. We are not familiar with all products offered by Zoho, so we appreciate help with figuring out if some tool implements this already.
