We're switching from a pop to a spectrum/charter email server, and subsequently to Office365. We're implementing Office 365 on all of our company's desktops and laptops, but we're still utilising pop email settings to keep emails running. No one wants their emails to go dark, therefore we haven't changed our MX record yet.
Almost everyone has been turned over to the new system. When I upgrade our MX record to o365, will we have to go over every computer/laptop and convert mails to o365?
Because we've changed our settings to pop.biz.rr.com and smtp.biz.rr.com.
So, am I correct in believing that all of this will be for nought because we'll have to redo everything?
