Our company uses JP Morgan Chase Visa credit cards.
We can't be the first to try and use a combination of Zoho Expense + Chase Bank + Visa Credit Cards --- anyone successful with this combination?
1. The direct feed automation isn't working.
When I go to Admin Panel > Corporate Credit Cards > + Add Corporate Card > under Direct Feed Integration, click Visa > follow the configuration instructions to contact the business service department of Chase bank - no one has a clue what I'm talking about. Chase contacted Visa, no one could help.
2. The cards uploaded in batches (never could get the cards to upload all together in a single batch, so there are three active cardholder feeds grouped separately in Expense.) There's regular error messages on at least 1 or 2 of the groups that say "bank feeds broken" each day and I need to update credentials - this often fails.
3. Currently, I'm manually fetching the card transactions for all cardholders every day. After I solve the broken bank feeds, I can't close the page because the fetch will fail if I do... so all told, this takes me 20-30 minutes each morning to successfully get our card transactions into Zoho Expense.
Every day, for 4 months now.
This is what I've done to solve:
• Zoho Support:
I've had numerous (10?) support zoom calls, dozens of emails - they gave me a VCF Outbound Delivery form that they said came from Visa. The instructions were to have my bank representative fill it out and send to Visa. Then Visa would connect with Zoho to fix the direct feed... configure the settings to bypass the MFA that's restricting the automatic feed of credit card transactions into Expense.
• Chase Bank Support:
I've spent hours on calls with Chase bank - gone into two branches in-person, escalated it up to Chase executives that have acronymns in their titles, had a 3-way call with Chase and their Visa Business Rep... they don't have a solution.
• Visa Development Support:
I've got threads of emails in double-digits, they don't recognize the attached VCF Outbound Delivery form that Zoho Support provided to enable the direct feed. When I asked Zoho support where the form came from so we could narrow it down to connect with the right Visa department (what webpage was the form downloaded from... is this a U.S. form and which Visa Department would it go to... no real answer except this is from Visa, we do not provide this support, you will need to ask your bank representative).
I find it impossible to believe that we're the first to try to use Zoho Expense with Chase Visa credit cards.
Help, please.
