Zoho Finance Limitations 2.0 #15: You can't filter any Sales Orders by their SubStatus in CRM or Analytics.
All our sales orders move through various stages and it's nice when you can filter by open orders in "50% Building" or "100% - Built" however this is not possible in CRM finance. It's a basic feature within native CRM using a picklist.
My go to was Analytics, surely that pulls in the data & I can share a report within CRM. However Analytics support have confirmed they do not sync any of the Sales Order SubStatus fields either.
So I'm stuck
Scenario
A sales rep has 60 "open" orders. He needs to quickly view the SubStatus on them from a list view.
- This is not possible within CRM Finance
- This is not possible within Analytics
This is possible within Books using Filters however nobody wants Sales Reps using an accounting system... if we did we'd have little need for the Finance integration!
Ideal Scenario
All the sales rep can view all his orders and filter them by order "SubStatus".
Workaround:
None that I know of.... unless Analytics pull in the SubStatus fields.
