I rent a few rooms on short term, so always by the month.
For this I have made a own zoho one account.
Now I ask how I set up this now fundamentally useful.
The process is as follows. I get by standardized email from the mediation platform (similar to airbnb) by email when someone has booked a room with some information. This I would parse with the email parser.
The point is, I want to use ZOHO to do especially the invoicing, but also basically be in the know about the bookings, then also if necessary do something with workflows and reminders etc... send guests onboarding emails etc.
Question: what is the best app to use with this? crm, invoice, books ?
And: should I manage the tenants with the contact module?
Should I create a separate module for the accommodations (currently only one property) and then add address, management, rooms there?
crm-invoice: zooms as product name and the object/building as Vendor name? Or zoho books?

I then have to create all these fields as individual fields and then sync them with the invoice tool so that they show up on the invoice.
